    Observed: Yesterday, a police car stopped in the right-hand driving line alongside a car stopped in the shoulder on U.S. Route 150 just north of the mall, with traffic behind him having to merge to the lane on the left, causing backups at the nearby intersection.

    Observed: What had to be a mile-long string of motorcyclists roaring up U.S.150 north of Peoria with cop cars keeping the intersections open for them.
