OBSERVED: (a little late) A bunch of workers at the shuttered Walgreens across the street from Campustown on Main Street. Now, there is a chain link fence surrounding the entire parking lot, blocking off access to the alley that runs behind the property, preventing access from the public parking lot to a side street with a traffic light (Bourland)

OBSERVED: The neon “OPEN” sign in the window of Bridges TV, 616 West Main Street is on. Moments later, the door opens and a man and woman come out. He is hauling a rather large TV, apparently to her car in the parking lot.
