OBSERVED: Lots of lights and sirens running on Illinois Route 8. On the way home, Deputy parked in from the the Dormitory on Farmington Road. Then a city car parked in the lot at North and West Main.

Observed: Absolutely NO road construction workers during the drive into work today.

Observed: Red truck, no plates, mud flaps indicating it’s owned by a business in IOWA, hauling what looks like material from a home demolition on Illinois Route 8 without anything keeping items fromn falling out into the path of the cars stuck behind it,without any police vehicles in sight.

Observed: Yesterday and today, the same torn-open black trash bag, along Illinois Route 8 at the entrance to Pottstown,spewing litter everywhere.
