OBSERVED: (a little late) A bunch of workers at the shuttered Walgreens across the street from Campustown on Main Street. Now, there is a chain link fence surrounding the entire parking lot, blocking off access to the alley that runs behind the property, preventing access from the public parking lot to a side street with a traffic light (Bourland)

Observed: That big green building at the corner of Bourland and West Main Street where Haddad’s.Restaurant used to be, now sitting empty, with signs in every window pleading with someone, anyone. to rent the place. Two doors down, the now smaller Haddad’s Restaurant is filled with happy, contented customers.
