    Observed: Yesterday, that same person was in Barnes & Noble parking lot with a big “Puppies For Sale” sign and a cage of dogs. I told an employee who promptly told them to pack up and leave.

    Observed: In Barnes & Noble (Peoria) parking lot about 6 PM, large sign “Puppies for Sale” with huge cage containing 8 -10 dogs. Told employee about it. Called manager at 7:30 PM, she had not been notified by the employee.
