		<description><![CDATA[I saw some decoy owls placed in the trees in front ot the Janssen Law Center on Main Street in Peoria. I counted about three per tree in four trees. Apparently, he&#8217;s trying to scare away the other birds.These were the fake-est-looking decoys. What a hoot!]]></description>
